Plans and conducts effective practices focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork for all tiers.
Evaluates and selects players for each team through tryouts and ongoing assessments, considering the needs of each tier.

Ensures compliance with the rules and regulations the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) set forth for all aspects of the football program.
Stays current with any changes or updates to GHSA rules and regulations and communicate them to the coaching staff, student-athletes, and parents.
Maintains accurate records and documentation the GHSA requires, including player eligibility, game schedules, and team rosters.
Coordinates with the athletic department to ensure timely completion and submission of necessary paperwork and forms.
Attends GHSA meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay informed and maintain compliance.
Educates student-athletes, coaches, and parents about GHSA rules and regulations emphasizing fair play, sportsmanship, and ethical conduct.

Guides and supports student-athletes pursuing football at the collegiate or professional level, including the recruitment process, eligibility, and academic requirements.
